The short version: I never sell or share your details. Ever.
If you contact me — by form, email, phone or WhatsApp — I keep your name, contact details and what you told me about the problem, so I can reply and do the work. That's it. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't pass your details to anyone else.
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Like most websites, the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as I might reasonably need them to support you — for ongoing clients, that's the length of the relationship. If you'd like your details deleted, just ask.
Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email hello@cumulustech.co.uk and I'll sort it — no forms, no fuss.
