Friendly, patient tech help at your home — Bournemouth, Poole & surrounds

Tech trouble at home? I'll come to you.

Slow Wi-Fi. A laptop that takes ten minutes to wake up. A printer that's simply chosen violence. Whatever it is, I'll fix it at your home, explain what happened in plain English, and won't make you feel silly for asking.

No call-out fee in the local area. Under 15 minutes to fix? No charge at all.

You always deal with me directly

The person who set up your tech is the person who answers when it breaks.

The patient, jargon-free bit

A lot of my home customers tell me the same thing: they put off calling anyone because they expected to be baffled or upsold. That's not how this works. I'll show you what I'm doing, tell you what it costs before I do it, and if the honest answer is "don't spend money on this," that's the answer you'll get.

Tell me what it's doing (or not doing)

In your own words — "the internet's gone weird" is a perfectly good description.
