I'm Rich — I run Cumulus Technologies from Bournemouth, providing IT support across Dorset and South Hampshire, and remotely across the UK.

I started this business because I kept watching people get poorly served by IT support: baffled with jargon, sold things they didn't need, or stuck in a helpdesk queue talking to someone who'd never seen their setup. My fix for that is simple — you deal with me, I explain things like a human, and I only recommend what I'd buy myself.

What that means in practice

Plain English, always. If you don't understand my explanation, I haven't finished explaining.
Honest scope. If it's a five-minute fix, I'll say so — and locally, a fix under 15 minutes costs you nothing.
One point of contact. Design, install, support — same person, so nothing falls between the cracks.
